• We are not collecting Device and application usage details.

Lib X does not collect payment card information, banking details, UPI credentials, or other financial account information from learners.

Such communications are initiated and managed by the institution using the platform.

7. Learner Photographs

Authorized institutions may upload learner photographs for identification, attendance management, membership records, and administrative purposes.

These photographs are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized users of the respective institution.

8. Student Information

Lib X acts as a software platform for educational institutions, libraries, and training centers. Learner and student information stored within the platform is entered and managed by the institution using the software.

The institution remains responsible for obtaining any permissions, consents, or authorizations required under applicable laws for collecting and processing learner information.

9. Third-Party Services

We may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, cloud hosting providers, messaging services, analytics providers, and authentication systems. These services are governed by their own policies.

10. User Rights

Users may request access, correction, or deletion of their information, subject to applicable laws and contractual obligations.

12. Data Ownership

All learner, member, and institutional data entered into Lib X remains the property of the respective institution using the platform. RelyOnSoftware does not claim ownership of customer data stored within Lib X.
